
I am a freelance writer who specializes in topics related to personal development, mindfulness, and mental health. Due to some of my own struggles and the struggles of those around me with mental health, I have become particularly interested in the power of our minds on every aspect of our lives. I have been practicing meditation for about 5 years now and it is something that has truly changed my life. I also enjoy learning about psychology, healing and spirituality.
